A home is a place where memories are collected.

Our studio completely renovated this family house in Ghent for Karin and Xavier Donck, an interior designer and architect, who both share a passion for hospitality and cultural heritage.

For the living room, we opted for a strong contrast between rustic wood, famous design pieces and contemporary art.

For the bathroom and dressing room, we dared to mix materials, tiles, carpet, wood and limestone paint, using different shades of green, which brings a unique charm to this part of the house.

The white Walls of the office space, allow the introduction of colours through artworks, books, as well as beautiful collectibles.

An example of our desire to create a livable space where the historical DNA of this 17th century house is respected while each room reflects the personality of the owners, keeping most of the interior unchanged but adapting all the techniques to the latest.
