This is Arthur Donck’s first house in Brussels before he decided to expand his family. House Imperial has some interesting history as it was built by a famous "motorcycle side car maker". The living quarters were installed on the highest floors of the house adding light and great views to the most used living rooms. The sleeping quarters moved to the first and second floor in the cooler part of the house. Today a new family is making their nest in this small patch of heaven in the centre of Brussels.
