In this project the DONCKRICHARDARCHITECTS team was asked to come up with a solution to centralise all of it's clients office spaces that were scattered around Flanders. After several site visits an old warehouse presented itself as the perfect place to welcome all divisions of the company. DONCKRICHARDARCHITECTS proposed to keep the concrete structure as a frame and redesigned the building around it.
